Additional equipment
We have the following additional equipment available for hire:
Data Projector
A data projector can be hired upon request at a cost of £30+VAT per half day or £50+VAT per day. All our meeting room walls are white so we project directly onto the wall. Thus there is never a need for a screen.
Conference Phone
A conference phone can be hired at our Liverpool St centre at a cost of £50+VAT per day, plus the cost of any calls you make. Unfortunately our Monument centre does not have this facility available although there is a free wireless connection so conference calls can be made using VOIP.
White Board
All our small meeting rooms have a white board, for which there is no extra charge. A whiteboard can be provided for our larger rooms at request.
Flip Chart
Flip charts can be hired in all our rooms at a cost of £5+VAT each per day.
