Cancellation Policy
In case of a change of plans
If we do not receive notice of cancellation prior to the start time of the booking then the full room fee will be charged.
If notice is given, our policy is as follows:
Large Meeting Rooms
- More than 2 weeks notice: no cancellation fee
- Less than 2 weeks notice: 50% of the room fee
- Notice within 48 hours of the room booking: full room fee.
Small Meeting Rooms
We do not charge a cancellation fee for bookings of our small meeting rooms (except when no notice is given as above). However, we do ask that if you need to cancel, you give us as much notice as possible.
