* We have a cancellation policy for our conference rooms:
- More than 2 weeks notice: no cancellation fee
- Less than 2 weeks notice: 50% of the room fee
- Notice within 48 hours of the room booking: full room fee.
* Numbers of people for conference rooms are measured in a theatre style room layout.
Please note there is no cancellation fee for bookings of the meeting rooms.
Payment is taken on the day when you check out. Payment can be accepted by credit card, debit card, cheque or cash.
